2. Digital Products

SupplierEu sells digital products only. No physical products are sold, packaged, or shipped.

The products offered through SupplierEu may consist of links, lists of links, information, or other digital materials relating to suppliers or sellers.

The exact contents of each product are described on the relevant product page before purchase.

3. How Orders Are Delivered

After a successful purchase, the purchased digital product is delivered electronically and automatically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

No physical delivery or shipment is made.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.

SupplierEu is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer or by the customer's email provider blocking or filtering the message.

4. Orders and Payment

The customer places an order by completing the checkout process and completing the required payment.

Before completing the purchase, the customer should review the product description and ensure that the selected product meets their expectations.

An order is considered completed once the payment has been successfully processed and the digital product has been made available to the customer.

5. Digital Content

The customer acknowledges that the products sold by SupplierEu are digital products.

The links and information provided may lead to websites or services operated by third parties.

The availability, prices, products, services, policies, and terms of third-party websites may change independently of SupplierEu.

SupplierEu is not responsible for changes made by third-party websites after a product has been purchased.

6. Third-Party Suppliers and Sellers

SupplierEu provides information and/or links to third-party suppliers or sellers.

The purchase of a SupplierEu product does not constitute a purchase of any physical product from a third-party supplier.

Any transaction between the customer and a third-party supplier or seller is separate from the purchase made through SupplierEu.

Customers should independently review the terms, prices, shipping policies, return policies, and other conditions of any third-party website before making a separate purchase from that third party.

SupplierEu does not guarantee the quality, availability, legality, reliability, or suitability of products or services offered by third parties.

7. Refunds and Withdrawal

SupplierEu sells digital products that are delivered electronically.

As a general rule, SupplierEu does not offer voluntary refunds after the purchased digital product has been delivered.

Where required by applicable law, the customer may be asked to expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the digital content has been fully supplied.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If a customer does not receive the purchased digital product due to a technical issue, or if the product is materially different from its description, the customer should contact:
